Eriks Bearnaise Truffle is a delicious sauce that goes well with most things. A sauce with a perfect balance between French tarragon and the characteristic taste of white truffle. Delicious for dipping fries in - but also as a sauce for all grilled meat and vegetables. Feel free to try Erik's favorite combination – grilled chicken thigh fillets with fresh tagliatelle and a touch of Bearnaise Truffle. And a good red wine in the glass, of course.
