Herring Matjesill Classic Abba 215g

Abba Classic Matjessill has a classic spicy taste and is a favorite in our range. Classic matjes contains herring (Clupea harengus) of the highest quality, which is fished in the North East Atlantic and which only comes from viable stocks. The herring is allowed to mature in barrels with a layer of spices in our cellar in Kungshamn on the west coast of Bohuslän until it tastes its best and is ready to be enjoyed! Matjessill has a given place at the midsummer celebration or is eaten as it is together with fresh potatoes, sour cream, chives and a little browned butter.

Ingredients
HERRING in chunks, sugar, salt, vinegar, dill, spices (including cinnamon, nutmeg, padouk wood), natural flavoring (contains onion), red padouk extract, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
