Herring Pickled Abba 240g

Abba Pickled herring is a herring in a clear layer that is flavored with classic herring spices such as allspice, carrot and onion. This product contains herring (Clupea harengus) of the highest quality, fished in the North East Atlantic and coming only from viable stocks. The herring is stored in our rock room in Kungshamn on the west coast of Bohuslän before we put it in with selected spices and seasonings so that you can enjoy your favorite. Herring is just as suitable for Christmas, Easter and midsummer as it is for a good quick lunch or dinner or why not brunch?

Ingredients
Herring in chunks, sugar, onion (17%), carrot (4%), salt, vinegar, spices (black pepper, allspice), natural flavoring (contains cinnamon), acid (acetic acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
