Herring Mästarmatjes Abba 215g

Abba Mästarmatjes is a matjes herring with a mild spicy taste and is the mildest and most bought in our range. Mästarmatjes contains herring (Clupea harengus) of the highest quality, which is fished in the North East Atlantic and which only comes from viable stocks. The herring is allowed to mature in barrels with a layer of spices in our cellar in Kungshamn on the west coast of Bohuslän until it tastes its best and is ready to be enjoyed! Matjessill has a given place at the midsummer celebration or is eaten as it is together with fresh potatoes, sour cream, chives and a little browned butter.

Ingredients
Herring in chunks, sugar, salt, vinegar, spices (including cinnamon, nutmeg, padouk wood), dill, white wine vinegar, natural flavoring (contains onion), red padouk extract, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
