Fäbodknäcke sourdough from LEKSANDS KNÄNKEBRÖD is a luxurious, dark, chewy and robust crispbread. In addition to sourdough, there is malt and linseed which gives that little bit of extra chewing resistance. Baked on locally produced rye and water from our own spring. Genuine pleasure since 1817.
