Arla Köket® Smetana 42% is a thick, sour cream with a slightly sour, creamy and slightly buttery taste. The sour cream contributes a full and round character that enhances flavors in food and gives a luxurious feeling. This lactose-free gourmet cream is suitable as an accessory for starters, stews and soups, in sauces, dips and mixes as well as for desserts and as a filling in baked goods. The sour cream can be quickly whipped up to an extra firm consistency. The product is lactose-free.
