Wheat flour, water, sifted rye flour, wort from barley (5%), wheat gluten, syrup, whole grain wheat flour, sugar, scalded wheat flour, apple, spices (ginger, clove, bitter orange, cinnamon) 0.4%, rapeseed oil¹, acidity regulator (citric acid), yeast, and salt. May contain traces of poppy seeds. Rye content: 11%. ¹ Swedish-grown ingredient. SWEDISH FLOUR: 100% flour from Swedish-grown grains, of which 97% is milled in-house.
