An American mayonnaise-based salad consisting of finely shredded cabbage, carrot and yellow onion. The mayonnaise is mixed with creme fraiche to lighten the product. Coleslaw is an excellent side dish for all kinds of grilled meat, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc.

White cabbage (33%), rapeseed oil, carrots, water, yellow onion, sugar, red wine vinegar (contains SO2>10MG/KG), vinegar, lemon juice, salt, EGG POWDER, black pepper, stabilizer (guar gum, xanthan gum), preservative (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
