Béarnaise Sauce Eriks 230ml
Thick and creamy béarnaise according to a recipe by star chef Erik Lallerstedt. Nice with meat and potato dishes. Add chili or tomato puree for choron sauce. Erik's Bearnaise is made with real French tarragon, vinegar and high-quality rapeseed oil instead of butter. Erik's Bearnaise goes just as well with grilled (or fried) meat, such as pork, beef and chicken, as well as with grilled vegetables and everything in between. Feel free to try grilled entrecôte with finely grated horseradish, French fries and tomato salad.
