Allerum Rike is an aged hard cheese with 36% fat content. Rike is a complex and flavorful cheese with developed creaminess with a balanced acidity and saltiness. The texture is creamy and the cheese melts in your mouth. Taste of umami, light sweetness and fruity notes. Masterfully made with Swedish milk in Kristianstad. The practical packaging is simple and convenient to use and works both as a serving dish and as packaging until the piece of cheese is used up.
